Individual Counselling

A therapeutic space to be human, be cared for, and experience change​

We offer collaborative, personalized counselling sessions designed to address your own needs and challenges, promoting growth, wholeness, and agency.  Sometimes sessions include talking through a concern and digging into underlying pieces together, or you may find that using art, our sand tray, movement, and other approaches are helpful to work through what's happening. Your counsellor will help you explore how you want to spend the time together and make a plan for sessions that addresses your goals.

 

Using a systemic approach, we work with a broad range of experiences. Some of these include:

  • Anxiety & Panic Attacks

  • Anger Processing

  • Depression & Low Mood
