Couples Counselling

A space for couples to find safety for their relationship, address wounds, change how they relate to each other, or keep growing together. This is usually highly impactful yet vulnerable work, especially if counselling is a new experience for you. With a systems focus, your counsellor will work with you as a couple to form a plan for counselling that accounts for your individual needs and goals for your relationship. Every step of the way, we will prioritize your experience of safety in the counselling process.

 

Using evidence-based therapeutic approaches like Emotion Focused Therapy and The Gottman Method, we can address core issues related to:

  • Closeness & Affection

  • Communication Skills

  • Infidelity & Jealousy

  • Distance & Loneliness

  • Trust Issues

  • Mediation

  • Discernment Counselling Before Potential Separation

  • Reconnecting with your Partner

  • Facing Illness Together

Our sessions are offered in-person and virtually.
